Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: 26 October 2026. Plain English: how this free site pays its bills.
Free PDF Toolkit is free to read. It offers free PDF and image tools that run in your browser. To help fund the site, some links on our pages are affiliate links. If you click one and buy or book something, the provider may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you.
How affiliate links work
- You pay nothing extra. The price, fees and terms you get are exactly the same as going to the provider directly.
- It never changes our recommendations. We include a product or service only where it genuinely fits the page — a reader needs a service the browser tools cannot provide on their own — and commission availability plays no role in how we describe it.
- Links are marked. Pages that contain affiliate links carry an affiliate note linking back to this page.
Programs used on this site
At the time of writing, affiliate links on this site may lead to this provider:
- PDF.co — paid PDF data-extraction and automation API, linked from business/automation guides (bank statement to Excel, PDF to CSV for accounting, and receipt bookkeeping pages). We earn 30% of payments from referred customers for 12 months; payouts are by bank transfer or Wise.
If a provider is no longer linked from our pages, it is simply no longer used here. We do not add a provider to this list before its link is actually live on the site.
Advertising is separate
Advertising on this site, including Google AdSense ads where shown, is separate from affiliate links. Ads are labelled as advertising and do not influence our editorial content.
What this does not mean
- We are not the provider. Any booking, purchase or account is an agreement between you and the provider, under the provider's own terms.
- We are not paid to rank one provider above another with a false claim. Comparisons are based on research and honest trade-offs.

Frequently asked questions
Do I pay extra if I use an affiliate link?
No. The price you pay is the same as going to the provider directly. The commission is paid by the provider, not by you.
Do commissions affect what you recommend?
No. We recommend something only where it genuinely fits the page, and we describe honest trade-offs. Commission does not buy a better ranking.
Are advertisements the same as affiliate links?
No. Advertisements, including Google AdSense ads where shown, are separate and labelled as advertising. Affiliate links are links we choose inside our own content.
What if I have a problem with a booking or purchase?
Please contact the provider directly, because your agreement is with them. You can still tell us through the Contact page, and we will listen.
