Most student timetables fail the same way: they copy the lecture schedule and call it a plan, leaving essays, revision and reading to "whenever". The fix is to timetable the work, not just the classes. Put essay writing and problem sets in named slots the same week they are set, put revision in the week before it is needed (not the night before), and keep one slot a day genuinely free — a plan with no slack breaks at the first disruption, and then gets abandoned entirely.
A balanced week = taught time + study time + revision time + rest, spread across days. Alternate heavy and light subjects, keep the same morning start time so the habit sticks, and review the timetable every Friday: move what slipped, keep what worked. Students juggling applications will also find our merge PDFs for assignments tool, our page numbers for thesis tool and our compress PDF for university application tool useful for submission weeks.

The pre-filled form above uses exactly this week — press Generate to see the finished timetable PDF. Replace the subjects with your own for a live plan.
First, schedule revision in the same week as the lecture, while the material is fresh — re-reading notes a month later costs twice the time. Second, cap focused study at about four slots a day; beyond that, attention collapses and the timetable becomes decoration. Third, review and reprint weekly: a timetable is a living document, and the Friday review slot in the example exists precisely so the plan gets maintained instead of quietly abandoned.
A timetable organises your time; it cannot create more of it. If your week genuinely holds more work than hours, cut scope or ask for help early — no grid fixes overload.
The PDF is landscape A4 so five days fit readably. If your printer defaults to portrait, switch the orientation in the print dialog before printing.
The form lives only in this tab and clears on refresh — download each timetable before you leave.
Adobe's online tools and most server-upload converters ask you to send your document to their servers before you can download a result — and their privacy pages say files may be kept for hours or used to improve services. For a petty-cash voucher, a work order, a purchase requisition or a deposit slip, that document contains supplier names, amounts, account details and internal approvals: exactly the data you least want sitting on someone else's server. This tool never uploads anything, so there is nothing to leak, retain or subpoena from a third party. The trade-off is honest too: because everything runs in your browser tab, the form clears if you refresh, and very large files can be slower than on a server. For everyday business documents, that trade is worth it — and the PDF you download is identical in quality, with no watermark and no account wall.
Yes — unlimited timetables, every slot, PDF download, forever. No trial, no watermark, no account, no payment details. The PDF is assembled in your browser, so there is nothing to meter.
No. The maker works the moment the page loads. There is no account and no email capture — which also means the form clears if you refresh, so download your PDF before leaving.
Only in this browser tab while you type. The PDF is assembled on your own device — your name and schedule are never uploaded to any server.
Five days (Monday to Friday) and four time slots per day (08:00–10:00, 10:15–12:15, 13:00–15:00, 15:15–17:15) — twenty slots, which fits a typical university or school week.
Subjects are fully editable — type anything in any cell. The four time slots are fixed so the printed grid stays readable; use the title line to note a different week pattern if yours differs.
Yes. It is a landscape A4 PDF designed to print cleanly — pin it above your desk, or keep it on your phone or tablet for the week.
Yes. The same grid fits school weeks, college weeks and exam revision weeks — just type your own subjects and use the Friday review slot to plan the next week.
Timetable practice follows standard student study-planning guidance used at EU and US universities; no external statistics are claimed on this page. The PDF is built live in your browser; nothing is stored or transmitted. Researched by PDFBuddyFree Team · Last updated November 2, 2026.
